The English Garden

The English garden was about sending pieces of England around the world. The idea came from the growth of the British Empire and how new settlers tried to recreate a home from home. The English garden was designed like a coconut seed; everything that was needed for a English garden was sealed inside a watertight capsule.

Once it reached land it would roll up the beach and unfold to create a garden that had English soil, seeds and a radio tuned to the world service. Producing a piece of home wherever it landed.
